Founder
Douglas Cameron Borthwick, Founder and CEO. A thirty-year veteran of global markets who traded currencies and macro at Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and Standard Chartered. He served as Chief Marketing and Chief Business Officer for the first SEC-registered security token IPO, which raised more than 83 million dollars from over 7,300 investors across 74 countries, and helped build and run the regulated infrastructure behind it: a broker-dealer, an alternative trading system and a transfer agent.
