Every condition type is on this rail, including agent standing (ERC-8004 registration and ERC-7710 delegation validity).

* A code that carries a discount is paid with one credit from the API key that owns the store (the key that created it); a 0% result is free. A caller using another key is not charged. Credits belong to your API key. Consumed by attestation and trust endpoints. POST /v1/keys/create (email signup) ships 10 free verifications plus 100 requests a day. POST /v1/keys/buy (on-chain, sender wallet is the identity, no email) ships the credits you paid for. Top up via subscription tier or POST /v1/credits/buy.
A store has no balance of its own. A discount code (verify, ACP, UCP) or NFC tap that carries a discount uses one credit from the API key that created the store; a 0% result is free.
